Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote and certain non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable additional charges due to special delivery requirements or incorrect address information may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be provided through the contact information submitted during checkout.

Customers are requested to ensure that their phone number, email address, and delivery address are correct when placing an order.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

OPTION TRENDZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend taking photographs or videos of the package and product before opening or discarding the packaging, as this may help us investigate the issue.
